She previously served as Director at Pershing X, leading the Managed Accounts division at BNY Mellon | Pershing. At LPL Financial, Ferian was Senior Vice President of Advisor Solutions and RIA Custody, driving the employee model build. Her background includes senior roles at Northern Trust Corporation and as an early team member of Hightower, which grew to $150 billion in AUM. Ferian’s expertise in client servicing and operations is crucial to VestGen’s growth strategy. She holds a B.S. from Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
